About Us
At Woodslee United Church we have a strong sense of church family and eagerly create a welcoming atmosphere that embraces both old and new members of the congregation. Our after service coffee and fellowship, and mid-week coffee hour on Thursday mornings are times when we can connect and share with our fellow congregational members as well as members of the community and reinforce our spiritual beliefs of acceptance and love. Our Church Service provides a place where we can come together to worship, pray and sing.
For our children, we provide Sunday School (during church service) and Vacation Bible School (typically in July).
We are an active place with several annual fundraisers: Spring Vendors Market (April), Yard Sale (June), Turkey Dinner (September) and the Christmas Vendors Market/Bazaar (November).
We support various charities in the area including Windsor Youth Group, the Downtown Mission, Street Help, Essex Food Bank, and Gesstwood Camp.
